Wells Built Homes not only constructs the
finest quality homes in Billings, but is
also one of areas busiest land developers.
As such, we are able to offer our customers

homes in price ranges from the mid $100’s at
River Front Pointe. From the low $200’s at
Linlee Lakes and from the low $300’s at
Ironwood. All locations have convenient
access to city shopping but still retain a
country feel.
Most of the homes that we build are from
people we have already worked with who are
seeking their second, third or sometimes
even their fourth home with us as their
builder. Because they are loyal and happy
customers they want us to build for them, but,
some times have their own location in mind.
