Spring Parade Wells Built Homes is
proud to be involved with the 2007 Spring
Parade of Homes. This event takes place
Friday May 5th from 5-9 p.m, Saturday May
6th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m and Sunday May 7th
from noon to 5 p.m. This
self-guided tour of new construction around
Billings is enjoyable for all ages
interested in seeing all the new
developments throughout Billings. Wells
Built Homes is enthused to be showing 2
houses in this years parade. Our first
house is Linlee Lakes at 2715 Westfork Lane.
Our second house featured in the parade is
located in our newest subdivision Riverfront
Pointe at 5338 Sacagawea. All benefits
go to Habitat for Humanity Mid-Yellowstone
Valley, a non-profit organization. The 2007
Spring Parade of Homes is sponsored by Home
Builders Association of Billings, and
admission is $8.

Riverfront Pointe is Wells Built Homes
newest subdivision. RFP is located
along Riverfront Park just off I-90, close
to the Yellowstone River, and downtown
Billings. RFP is tailored for the

We are continuing work in Granite Park,

resemblance to the Oak Ridge subdivision
located a few blocks north.
Ironwood and LinLee Lakes are coming
along wonderfully. We are happy to see
how many people have fallen in love with

home." Ironwood is currently at
100 homes, we still have a number of large
and desirable lots left. Linlee Lakes
is located in the heart of "Big Sky Country"
on 72nd Street West and Neibaur. These

will be surrounded by parks and lakes at the
completion of the development. We are
